At Bottoms Up Creations, every item is handmade and created to order, ensuring each product is unique and made to your specifications.
Processing Times
- All orders are made before being shipped
- Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be created
- Once your item is completed, it will then be prepared for dispatch
Important:
Glitter snow globe items require an additional 48 hours to degas before they can be safely shipped. This is to ensure the highest quality finish and prevent air bubbles.
Shipping Timeframes
- Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the courier used
- Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking details
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Postal or courier delays
- Seasonal periods (e.g. holidays)
We appreciate your patience as each item is carefully handmade.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility lies with the courier. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
