Returns & Refund Policy – Bottoms Up Creations

At Bottoms Up Creations, all of our products are custom-made to order based on each customer’s specific requests. Because of the personalised nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To process your claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The packaging it arrived in
  • Include your order number in your message

Failure to provide sufficient evidence within the timeframe may result in your request being declined.

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • You will be offered either a replacement or a refund
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process once approved

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect information or customisation details provided by the customer
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product
  • General wear and tear after use
  • Change of mind

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production may have already begun and cancellations will no longer be possible.
